PowerPush Volunteer
POSTNATAL WALKING INSTRUCTOR ( SEVENOAKS & SWANLEY)
We are looking for two friendly and approachable individuals to lead our PowerPush: Pushchair Power postnatal walking sessions in Sevenoaks and Swanley. Please note the sessions would take place once a week on a weekday/time suited to the volunteers, and could take place term-time only or both term-time and holidays. Through undertaking this role, the individuals will have the opportunity to complete various training and to receive a formal qualification if desired. Digital Champion
ACROSS THE SEVENOAKS DISTRICT
Digital Kent’s network are seeking Digital Champions to help support digital inclusion! You do not need to be a technical guru – just someone who has basic digital & communication skills along with a willingness to teach others who have little knowledge about technology. Each Champion can be flexible and choose how much time they would like to commit to support others with full training provided. Health Walk Volunteer
WALK LEADERS IN EAST & WEST KENT
Would you like to help others improve their health and wellbeing simply by walking? Walking is a great way to get fitter, relax and lift your mood and following national Volunteers Week we’re seeking people who can give some of their free time to be walk leaders in both East and West Kent to guide small walking groups. As well as being friendly and, ideally, local, volunteer walk leaders have a few hours spare to help people of all ages and fitness levels to get moving and make new friends.
